Frequently-Asked Questions:
Q: Will
this cloth scratch my car's finish?
A: No, the 100% cotton fibers and special weaving process
makes Auto Dry Wash one of the softest materials known. In addition, only Auto
Dry Wash has the exclusive double-sided deep plush napped finish designed to
lock in trapped dirt particles.
Q: If
my car's really dirty, do I need to wash it before using the KozaK?
A: Auto Dry Wash will safely remove the loose dirt, dust and grime
that accumulates during normal driving. For best results, however, you should
remove any caked-on mud (usually found on the lower body panels behind the
wheels) before using the Auto Dry Wash. You should also remove road tar, grease
or other sticky substances such as bird droppings, bugs or tree sap.
Q: How do I
clean the Auto Dry Wash?
A: From time to time you should open up the cloth and shake it
against your hand to release the loose, heavy dirt in the napped fibers. Other
than the shaking out of loose dirt, Auto Dry Wash does not need cleaning.
Q: How
may times can I use the cloth?
A: The manufacturer guarantees at least 50 uses per cloth under
normal conditions. Many Auto Dry Wash users say they can get more than a hundred
uses before the cloth loses its effectiveness.
Q: How do I
know when it's used up?
A: When the nap becomes hard to the touch and appears crusted and
flat, it's time to get a new Auto Dry Wash cloth.
Q: Is
KozaK safe to use on clear coat, fiberglass and other specialty finishes?
A: Yes, KozaK is safe to use on any car finish when used according
to the instructions on the package. It works well on modern clear-coat finishes
and on the older paints on classic cars. Do not use the KozaK cloth on glass or
clear plastic windows or windscreens.
Q: Will it
harm my wax job?
A: Absolutely not! Kozak Auto Dry Wash provides excellent results on any
waxed or sealant protected finish.
